This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in hotel operations, working closely with our Front Office and Housekeeping teams. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, verifying registration information, processing payments, and issuing room keys.
In addition, you will assist with daily checklists, collaborate with internal departments, and receive and deliver mail and packages. Your tasks will also include checking MOD reports, VIP lists, and Opera system occupancy, as well as completing hand-over and room reconciliation forms.
You will have the chance to work on various projects, such as calculating Room and Linen invoices, ordering hotel amenities, and handling uniforms. As a Hotel Operations Trainee, you will be part of a diverse team that brings together colleagues from around the world, creating a vibrant atmosphere.
