Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute innovation projects to renew our high-end candle collection, collaborating with design studios and internal teams.
- Experiment with new raw materials, compositions, and formulas, leveraging our state-of-the-art machinery to create unique and captivating candles.
- Continuously improve and professionalize our production processes, working closely with the production leader to ensure seamless execution.
- Define quality standards and formula management to exceed customer expectations, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
- Actively implement our sustainability strategy, contributing to our B Corp certification.
- Collaborate with R&D and Procurement teams to share knowledge and drive strategic advantages.
- Support Sales with expert advice on customer cases and requests, providing valuable insights to drive business growth.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a relevant Master's or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Experience in a similar position is preferred, but not required. You should possess analytical and strategic thinking, a pragmatic approach, and excellent collaboration and persuasion skills. Proficiency in Dutch and English is essential, with German being a plus. You should thrive in a dynamic and innovative environment, with a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
