  • You hold a higher education degree (HBO level);
  • You are proficient in English, both spoken and written;
  • Knowledge of Dutch is advantageous;
  • You are detail-oriented;
  • You have a solid understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry;
  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • You are quick to learn new concepts;
  • You are proficient in Excel;
Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will engage in a variety of tasks, requiring the ability to prioritize effectively and identify key issues. Strong analytical skills are essential for recognizing connections and patterns. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing import and export shipments efficiently;
  • Providing support to the warehouse team regarding outbound orders;
  • Handling administrative tasks related to damages on outbound sales orders;
  • Processing daily inventory movements and ensuring accuracy;
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders regarding product availability;
  • Updating various inbound product documentation;
  • Ensuring the accurate printing of shipping documents at loading locations.
