We're on the hunt for a seasoned Senior Key Account Manager to join our team at Grip, a SaaS scale-up company that's changing the game. As a key player in our sales team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key accounts, driving growth and success through strategic account planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account management plans that address customer needs and opportunities, driving substantial growth within key accounts.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, acting as the main point of contact and building trust with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and the achievement of account objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with internal teams, where necessary, to realize these opportunities.
  • Regularly analyze account performance against key metrics and objectives, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize success.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the company, providing feedback to internal teams to help shape future developments.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities, leveraging insights to benefit key accounts and inform company strategy.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in key account management or strategic sales roles within the SaaS / technology sector, or within the CPG industry, or (preferably) both.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and navigate complex sales cycles and foster strategic relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas succinctly and persuasively to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment, able to bridge the gap between different departments and align them towards common goals.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, able to adjust strategies and approaches as the market or company priorities evolve.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
