About the Role

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team at Picnic, a leading e-commerce company revolutionizing the grocery shopping experience. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our mobile app, used by hundreds of thousands of customers daily.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our mobile app, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
  • Conduct user research to identify opportunities for improvement and develop prototypes for new features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners and UX researchers, to ensure design solutions meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across the app.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to continuously improve the user experience.
About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced UX Designer who is excited about simplifying people's lives. If you have a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design cases, experience designing for mobile apps, and a solid understanding of design tools like Figma, Principle, and Adobe CC, we want to hear from you.

  • 3+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design cases.
  • Experience designing for mobile apps, with a deep understanding of user behavior and psychology.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex design concepts effectively.
