Are you a results-driven professional with excellent stakeholder management skills looking to join an international oriented team in the Europe Operations team in Rotterdam? As the Marine 24/7 Execution Operator, you will play a crucial role in driving key performance indicators (KPIs) and standard execution frameworks for terminals in LOC coverage.

Maintaining and developing excellent relationships with various stakeholders is essential in this position. You will engage with vessel command and coordinate with all partners in the chain (terminals, pilots, and tugs) to minimize CO2 emissions. Additionally, you will use your frontline and terminal knowledge and expertise to enhance processes and port optimization.

We are seeking a proactive and positive individual with high enthusiasm and ability to cooperate in an open and constructive manner. Relevant degree holders, such as Master Mariners, are an advantage. However, the ability to interact with different cultures and communicate efficiently is a must.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Liner operations with proven or natural leadership skills. Good knowledge of Marine Operations and ability to recommend or conclude on decisions that protect safety, cost, and network stability are also required.

The position provides networking opportunities and requires interaction with stakeholders both external and internal within Maersk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Key Performance Indicator's (KPI) and standard execution framework for the terminals in LOC coverage
  • Analyse performance of operational execution of Maersk Line operated vessels in the approach and port stay, drive performance reviews and follow-up
  • Maintain and develop excellent relationship with various stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Engage with vessel command and coordinate with all partners in the chain for minimization of CO2 emissions
  • Use frontline and terminal, fleet, and vessel command knowledge and expertise to enhance processes and port optimisation
  • Identify and suggest continuous improvement possibilities in the ways of working
  • Prepare and share communication related to Vessel incidents at Port and Port Disruptions
  • Received and pass on handover following the standard process and tools

Salary Estimate: €65,000 - €85,000 per annum based on location and experience. This salary estimate is based on industry standards and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
