This system combines advanced radar technology with intelligent algorithms to assist ranged weapon systems in targeting, tracking, and hitting their targets.
About the JobAs a Product Owner, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between internal stakeholders and their requirements, the product roadmap, and the development team. Your primary focus will be on clarifying the roadmap and new priorities for the team, planning, and communicating with project deadlines in mind. You will collaborate with Project Managers, your Team/line Manager, other POs, and Software Developers within your team.
Key Responsibilities- Agile/Scrum software development within a Project Organization
- Coordination of a highly technical Agile/Scrum team
- Committed deadlines on project level as well as Scrum sprints
- System/software specifications and requirement engineering
- Functional designs for products or components
- Product/team backlog captured in Jira
- Internal and external stakeholders
- Cooperate with external parties if required
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner who can handle the technical requirements of our software development team. You will match Thales and the team best if you:
- Dutch nationality
- At least 5 years relevant professional experience as Technical Project Manager or Product Owner
- Like technical requirement engineering within a software development team
- Can handle "low-paced" Product Delivery
- Can be patient for the end result, but decisive to get there
- Enjoy teamwork
- Have proven HBO/University level of work and thinking
- Available for 32-40 hours per week, preferably as of 1st of October 2024 (negotiable)
