About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our Transactional Control team at Trespa International B.V. as a key member of our Finance Team. As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise and support to our business partners, ensuring accurate and timely financial information, and contributing to the development of our financial strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyzing financial data and providing insights to inform business decisions
- Preparing and reviewing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Developing and implementing financial models and forecasts to support business planning
- Providing financial guidance and support to business partners, including budgeting and forecasting
- Identifying and mitigating financial risks, and implementing controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar or relevant position
- HBO in Economics, Accounting, or similar
- MS Office Excel and Word
- Experience with SAP
- Excellent communication skills in English, other languages considered a plus
- Team player with a global mindset and a sense of cultural differences
- Results-oriented, driven, and hands-on mentality
