About the Role:

As a Collaborating Foreman at STC Groep BV, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth production of our trailers and containers. Your primary responsibility will be to support the workshop manager in overseeing schedules and managing a team of colleagues and subcontractors specializing in floors, air conditioning, and window frames.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage production schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Lead and collaborate with a team of approximately 15 people, including direct colleagues and subcontractors, to achieve production goals.
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to schedules.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and subcontractors to foster a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

  • Technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • High sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Experience in commercial vehicles and/or trailer construction is an advantage.
