Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at FC Finance Standaard. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and guidance to our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial reporting and analysis processes to ensure accurate and timely financial information;
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements;
- Manage the transition to SAP and ensure accurate migration of financial data;
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies;
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on strategic financial decisions;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement;
- Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field;
- 5-8 years of experience in financial roles, preferably in a multinational company;
- Proven experience with SAP, especially in accounting modules;
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, including Dutch GAAP and local fiscal regulations;
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and other financial software;
- Fluent in English, Dutch, and/or other additional languages are a plus;
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
