About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Bench Worker/Welder to join our team at STC Groep BV. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for independently making parts and/or complete assemblies of stainless steel from drawings for the food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work independently to make parts and/or complete assemblies of stainless steel from drawings
  • Operate both sheet metal and construction work
  • Read and interpret drawings independently
  • Master various disciplines, including measuring, finishing, and assembling
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Be available full-time

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Construction Bench Worker/Welder, preferably in mechanical engineering
  • Ability to weld both TIG and MIG/MAG
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Availability to work full-time
