At HRG Commercial Services GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Director Field Marketing International. This position is a key part of our team, responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenues in the leisure sector across all hotels in our portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of sales strategies to maximize revenues in the leisure sector across all hotels in the portfolio
  • Building and maintaining relationships with group leisure clients, with a focus on international markets
  • Active acquisition of new clients and partners to expand the network and increase market presence
  • Negotiation of contracts and terms with partners to ensure optimal collaboration
  • Analysis of market trends, competitive data, and customer behavior to continuously optimize sales strategies
  • Collaboration with the Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations departments to achieve sales targets and enhance guest satisfaction
  • Participation in trade fairs, roadshows, and industry events to represent the brand and expand the network
  • Continuous CRM management and data maintenance

Requirements:

  • A completed degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in leisure sales, ideally in the hotel or tourism sector
  • Extensive market knowledge and a strong network in the leisure segment (tour operators, online travel platforms, travel agencies)
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience in closing cooperation agreements
  • High self-motivation, strategic thinking, and a goal-oriented approach to work
  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel regularly and participate in industry events
