Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Seatrade Groningen B.V. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental sustainability in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with international, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procedures and policies that promote quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality management principles and practices.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as maritime studies, quality management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality management or related role, preferably in the maritime industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database applications, with experience in quality management software a plus.
