Hospitality Ambassador

We are looking for a F&B Employee to join our friendly team. As a Hospitality Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our guests and ensuring their comfort throughout their stay.

• Provide exceptional service to guests in a fast-paced environment;
• Ensure timely and efficient service delivery;
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere;
• Upsell and promote hotel services and amenities;
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A can-do attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing situations;
• Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends;
• Basic knowledge of Dutch and English language.
