Are you a driven and ambitious student looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment? We're seeking a highly organized and analytical individual to join our S&OP team at Rituals Head Office in Amsterdam.

About the Role

As an S&OP intern, you will play a key role in the monthly S&OP process, collaborating with sales channels, marketing, and innovation teams to ensure the best demand forecast for all products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Sr. S&OP commercial planner in calculating demand volumes, data-driven analyses, and presentations.
  • Working with multiple departments to collect required business drivers and validate inputs from our business stakeholders.
  • Analyzing and reviewing forecasting accuracy monthly in collaboration with the lines of business.
  • Handing over FC volumes to the supply chain team to ensure the right volumes are purchased and replenished to specific channels.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical, planning, and organizing skills. You should have a good command of the English language and Dutch is a plus. If you're a proactive and eager learner who values teamwork and accuracy, we'd love to hear from you.
