Job Overview

Lalesse Logistic Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Logistic Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for further growing and developing our Goods-2-Person Warehouse Automation solutions in the Benelux area.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Meet or exceed the order intake targets for automated warehouse solutions in the Benelux region.
  2. Lead generation to facilitate the order intake and growth ambitions of our Goods-2-Person Warehouse Automation solutions.
  3. Develop leads into written orders for our clients in the Benelux region.
  4. Maintain a good relationship with our OEM partners in the logistics industry.
  5. Manage both external and internal stakeholders to ensure the success and buy-in of solution proposals at various levels within organizations.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, rules, and regulations.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent professional ability, with a technical and/or business degree.
  2. Strong commercial skills and the ability to transform customer needs into technical requirements and system solutions and business opportunities.
  3. Good knowledge of English and Dutch, verbal and written.
  4. A strong intralogistics network in the Benelux area.
  5. A true international team player.
  6. Result-oriented and possess the know-how to achieve commercial results.
  7. Proven track record of negotiating small to medium-sized CAPEX deals.
  8. Demonstrated expertise in selling in a B2B environment with an extended sales cycle.
  9. Thorough knowledge of automated warehouse solutions.
