About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Portfolio Manager to join our team at Robeco. As an Operational Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for the daily rebalancing, implementation, and monitoring of Equity portfolios. You will work closely with portfolio managers, traders, and other stakeholders to ensure the efficient execution of portfolio construction and order generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and steer investment portfolios in line with their investment strategy and model portfolio.
  • Invest and divest daily cash flows.
  • Ensure pre-trade compliance.
  • Implement new accounts and offboard existing accounts.
  • Identify and implement further enhancements to operational processes.
  • Implement technical changes in tools and process-related changes in the way of working and daily operational procedures.
  • Set requirements for Front office tooling and review and test IT builds.
  • Act as a sparring partner and main point of contact for portfolio managers and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree.
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality.
  • Several years of working experience in the financial industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and inquisitive mind.
  • Analytically strong, able to connect and analyze dependencies between several processes.
  • Pro-active and pragmatic approach, able to work independently and ask for help when necessary.
  • Able to handle stressful situations and set priorities and switch quickly between different activities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
