About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Communications Employee to join our team at HZPC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our business transformation program, Aurora, through innovative communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies to support our transformation journey;
  • Collaborate with external communication experts to create engaging content using multiple media and channels;
  • Support the entire communication process from strategy to implementation;
  • Work closely with direct teammates, including Business Partners, HR Project Managers, Learning and Development, and other Internal Communication colleagues;
Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in communications, a creative writing style, and experience in implementing internal communication and measuring its impact. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Communications and fluency in Dutch and English.

What We Offer

This is a full-time employment with a maximum of 40 hours per week. We offer a competitive remuneration package, a pension fully paid by HZPC, 33 days off with a 40-hour working week, and a 13th month paid monthly. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic international organization with various opportunities for career and personal development.
