Key Responsibilities
- Ensure strict adherence to established guidelines, processes, and protocols across all site operations, guaranteeing a high level of quality and efficiency.
- Supervise site administration to meet predefined performance benchmarks, focusing on punctuality, quality, and budget adherence.
- Act as the site's representative in all project decision-making forums, effectively liaising with internal management, clients, and the project team.
- Coordinate contractors throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-execution planning to on-site implementation, ensuring seamless execution.
- Identify and evaluate risks/opportunities at the construction site, considering economic, organizational, and contractual factors, while managing change requests.
- Maintain vigilance over compliance with standards, regulations, and safety protocols, ensuring adherence to quality and environmental health and safety (EHS) guidelines.
- Provide leadership to a team of skilled employees within a functional unit, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent technical qualification, or vocational education in electrical engineering coupled with substantial experience (5 years or more).
- Proven track record of professional experience working with electrical equipment, demonstrating expertise and problem-solving skills.
- Preferably, exposure to diverse cultural environments, showcasing adaptability and flexibility.
- Flexibility to engage in extended periods of overseas project assignments (3 weeks on-site, 1 week off-site), with a valid driver's license and EU passport.
- Fluent in business English (proficiency in Dutch is advantageous), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
