About the Role
Thales is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Fire Control segment in Hengelo, Netherlands. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and executing customer projects or product projects, managing time, quality, and project profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Scope and define projects, and deliver products in compliance with customer requests.
- Drive forward projects by managing time, quality, and project profitability.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and have excellent leadership skills.
- Have a good skillset in project management methods and the ability to manage complex situations in a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Be fluent in English and have IPMA-B certification as a plus.

Requirements
- Relevant experience in Project Management (managing complex (technical) projects).
- Good skillset in project management methods.
- Ability to manage complex situations in a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Fluent in English.
- IPMA-B certification is a plus.
