Job Description

We are seeking a talented Technical Lead Engineer to join our Foxtrot System Engineering Team at Thales Huizen. As a member of this team, you will contribute to the realization of our vision, working closely with technical experts and stakeholders to design and develop technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Orchestrate engineering activities to design technical solutions, developing deep understanding of the Thales Group product portfolio.
  • Build relationships with technical experts and partners to ensure knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Monitor and control engineering bid and demo budgets, ensuring accurate estimations and resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in systems engineering, with a keen interest in technology and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Security clearance up to NATO SECRET, with VGB-AIVD/B/MIVD-B screening granted.
