Reduce Identity Fraud and Enhance Customer Experience

Inverid, a leading tech company, is seeking a skilled Technical Documentation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our documentation team, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers build great mobile applications that embed our identity verification technology.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Produce clear and concise documentation to lower the barrier for customers to implement our products.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure documentation is consistent, easy to understand, complete, and error-free.
  • Edit our technical documentation portal and become the point of contact for our team regarding external documentation.
  • Write support documentation, such as blogs, articles, onboarding flows, and more.
  • Communicate and coordinate with development teams on external APIs and technical documentation.
  • Proofread and review new documentation submitted by team members.
  • Assist in incorporating customer comments and markups into existing documentation.
  • Select or create visual aids to illustrate written material.
  • Review and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
