We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Planning Coordinator to join our team at Meta Carriere. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing service levels and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and account management.

Your responsibilities will include planning and managing transport logistics, serving as the primary contact for employees and employers, and working closely with recruiters to support the recruitment process. You will also be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of new hires into the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service levels and drive revenue growth
  • Manage transport logistics and ensure timely delivery of services
  • Serve as the primary contact for employees and employers, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Work closely with recruiters to support the recruitment process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in strategic planning or a related field
  • Experience working with recruiters and managing recruitment processes
  • Driver's license (Class B)
  • Proficiency in English and at least one Eastern European language
  • Educational background at HBO level or equivalent thinking level
  • Strong proficiency in communication and ability to effectively use job-related software
