We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Communications Intern to join our Quality and Business Performance Improvement Communications team at ASML. As a Communications Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our team in achieving our communication goals.
Your Possible AssignmentsAs a Communications Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including:
- Project management and planning to support improvements and step-ups needed
- Managing and improving our planning overviews and helping analyze our KPIs to drive improvements and learning
- Channel management support, including creating newsletters, change campaigns, articles, podcasts, and SharePoint sites
- Community building through Viva Engage
- Content creation aligned to approved messaging
- Supporting plan and execute internal community building events; project assistance during (pre)production and execution phase for live, hybrid, and online events
- Supplier management, including assistance tasks for event managers (requesting quotes from suppliers, scheduling calls)
- Executing tasks on site during set up and execution of an event
- Creating impactful communication assets, such as videos, infographics, or presentations, partly together with agencies or our internal team
To be the perfect match for this internship, you:
- Are a student in Communications, Change Communication, Event Management, or related
- Are looking to gain work experience (this is an apprentice internship)
- Have a creative and enthusiastic mindset
- Have a willingness to learn, with a digital mindset
- Enjoy finding solutions to challenges
- Have persuasive communication skills and are a self-starter
- Are fluent in English, both written and verbally
- Have some knowledge or first-hand experience with the agile way of working (this is not a requirement, however, a nice to have)
- Have good knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel) SharePoint are essential, (some knowledge of Mapp, Jira are helpful)
- Fast learner and tech-savvy are a big plus
You must meet the following requirements:
- You are available for minimum 4 months (6 months is preferred duration), for at least 4 days a week
- Preferred starting date no later than the end of September
- You are enrolled at a school for the entire duration of the internship
- You need to be located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. In case you're currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, please include in your CV/motivation letter willingness to relocate
