Job Title: Lead Decisioning Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Decisioning Architect to join our team at Infosys. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing decision frameworks that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain decision frameworks that align with business strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of decisioning capabilities
  • Design and implement data models and integrations to support decisioning processes
  • Optimize decisioning frameworks to improve business outcomes
  • Ensure consistency in communications across inbound and outbound channels
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in decisioning architecture and implementation
  • Strong understanding of business strategy and operations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Pega Certified Decisioning Architect certification
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Pega Marketing and Decisioning frameworks
  • Knowledge of data science and machine learning concepts
  • Strong customer orientation and quality awareness
