">We are looking for a driven, ambitious, and enthusiastic Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our international team in Amsterdam to place permanent IT professionals.
">The role involves sales, recruitment, new business, client acquisition, and relationship management.
">You will strategically engage with hiring managers and make sure you know what the client's needs are.
">You will analyse the client, get to know the culture, and learn what the values are.
">In addition, you will engage in cold acquisition to bring in new projects.
">Finally, you will mainly focus on building good relationships with both existing and potential clients.
">Requirements
">You have a Bachelor's and/or a Master's degree.
">You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
">Fluent proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
">You have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in professional services preferably with recruitment, secondment & selection of professionals or sales in a commercial environment, involving tasks such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, generating new business and managing client relationships.
">You have some affinity with IT, data, Fintech and/or finance.
">You have experience with ATS software and other recruitment tools such as Bullhorn and LinkedIn Recruiter.
">You are solution-oriented and have a flexible and entrepreneurial attitude.
">You are a demonstrably successful and reliable networker with a business development approach.
">You are a social, driven, proactive, and hardworking person with strong interpersonal skills.
