As a key member of the global IR team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's communication strategy and building relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations plan, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and disclosure requirements.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and functional teams to create and execute a strategic communications plan, including investor presentations, press releases, and other external messaging.
- Manage the planning and execution of investor events, conferences, and roadshows, ensuring seamless logistics and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Lead the analysis and presentation of investor feedback, market research, and other relevant data to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
- Partner with Business Development to identify and pursue strategic partnerships, licensing opportunities, and other growth initiatives.
- Support the preparation of SEC filings and other regulatory documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, providing timely and effective communication and support.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 10+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective investor relations strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise messaging.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
