Are you ready to launch your career or take on a new challenge? We're looking for a talented individual to join our vibrant team in Berlin and work on the exciting Facebook Sales & Marketing Project. No prior sales experience is necessary – we provide all the training you'll need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise advertisers on how to make the most of social media for their business success.
  • Analyze social media data to help clients improve their marketing strategies.
  • Communicate with advertisers to discuss their ad performance and budgets.
  • Identify trends and work with clients to implement winning sales strategies.
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including effective call management, successful marketing implementations, and strong client feedback.
Training and Support
  • 4-week training program, including 2 weeks of training and 2 weeks of nesting.
  • Meta Blueprint Certification Course in digital marketing.
  • Fully paid training, with ongoing mentorship and shadowing of experienced colleagues.
Work Hours and Benefits
  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Includes a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks daily.
  • Annual Salary: €33,000 gross (€2,750 gross per month).
  • Performance Bonus: Up to €7,500 annually.
  • Language Bonus: €300 monthly.
  • Relocation Bonus: Up to €1,900 for relocation from outside Germany to Berlin; up to €700 from within Germany.
