About the Job
We are looking for a motivated and flexible individual to join our composting team at Valor, a growing company in the waste management industry.
As a composting employee, you will be responsible for working in the storage and transfer area, performing a variety of tasks related to composting, including checking incoming materials, mixing and processing compost, filling composting tunnels, screening, and loading organic materials.
No experience is necessary, as we will provide training and support to ensure your success in this role.

Competitive salary between €2975.41 and €3766.17, depending on experience.
A minimum of 24 holidays and 3.5 'ATV' days.

Requirements
A valid driving license B is required, as you will be driving a shovel machine.
You should be motivated, flexible, and able to communicate effectively.
Prior work experience is considered advantageous but not necessary.
