Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled C# Software Engineering Lead to join our Development & Engineering (D&E) department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing advanced applications, with a special focus on embedded software in precision-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a team of software engineers and architects to design and develop high-quality software.
  • Ensure the delivery of software through clear processes, accurate estimations, and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with professionals from various disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, and mechatronics engineering.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that your work meets high standards and is delivered on time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in developing technical software, particularly in C# and embedded C.
  • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Unified Modeling Language (UML).
  • Experience working within Agile development teams.
  • Background in high-tech mechatronic environments is highly desirable.
  • Additional skills in areas such as databases, PLCs, test strategies, or electronics/mechatronics would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex topics in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow within the high-tech industry.
