Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:- Team Leadership
- Ensure timely delivery of month-end tasks and maintain accurate ledger entries
- Liaise with stakeholders to improve the Accounts Payable process
- Ensure compliance with tax and other regulations
- Determine actions to improve AP services based on metric results
- Oversee project activities for successful organizational ramp-up
- Participate in new hire recruitment
- Proven experience in managing accounts payable teams
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Competitive salary range: €60,000 - €80,000 per year
