About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Fugro. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a technical or business-to-business environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in English, with Dutch a plus.
