Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Engineer to join our team at Kendrion NV. As a Supply Chain Engineer, you will play a vital role in project execution by sourcing necessary components promptly and cost-effectively. Your expertise will guide engineering decisions on manufacturability and testability (DFX), including defining test systems/methodologies and integrating new components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality standards, and managing budgets.
  • Oversee technicians and working students within the Supply Chain Services (SCS) department, leveraging your commercial insight to contribute to project planning, pre-calculation, and execution strategies.
  • Develop and implement efficient supply chain solutions to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

  • A completed MBO+ or HBO education, preferably in a technical field.
  • Thorough knowledge of the (components) market.
  • Organizational talent.
  • Demonstrable experience in working as an engineer or technical buyer.
  • Strong communication and social skills, with the ability to create support within the SCS team and with the Engineers and Project Managers.
  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both oral and written.
  • Eager to learn.
