Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Systems Manager to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. As a Quality Systems Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety for our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Management System in compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
  • Lead internal and external audits to verify compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure accurate records by maintaining a systematic documentation and record-keeping system.
  • Identify opportunities and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in quality systems.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability.
  • Implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential quality issues.
  • Manage a team of quality officers and support them in developing their full potential.

Requirements

  • Masters's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a quality management role within the food manufacturing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000), strong understanding of quality assurance principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
