Software Installation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

As a Software Installation Technician at Topcon, you will be responsible for configuring and installing software and technical support for our customers. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless customer experiences through thorough testing and inspections of all related items before shipping.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Administrate and document activities for each installation kit.
  • Create monthly reports on processed items, installation types, and software purchases.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with the Associate Manager Logistics for implementation.
  • Stay updated on product and process changes via internal platforms and training from the Professional Services department.
  • Assist with logistic activities inside the warehouse, including picking, packaging, and cycle counting.

Requirements:

  • MBO+ education level.
  • Experience in value-added logistics and MS Office.
  • Affinity with software and computers.
  • VOG certificate required.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

  • Team player with a hands-on mentality.
  • Strong organizational and workflow management skills.
  • Analytical and accurate with good time management.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments.
