Job Title: Senior Employee Relations Specialist

Maersk is seeking a highly skilled Senior Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Global Employee and Labour Relations function, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's employee relations strategy and ensuring the well-being of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to management and employees on labour laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee relations matters.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with trade unions, employee representative bodies, and other external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in employee relations, labour relations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful employee relations strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English language, both verbally and in writing.
