They support organizations, whether publicly traded or privately held, in maximizing their capital market utilization and enhancing operational efficiency.

Currently, Euronext Corporate Services caters to over 4,000 clients, including publicly listed entities, private firms, advisors, and governmental bodies. Our clientele spans all Euronext markets (Belgium, France, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal) and extends beyond (e.g., UK, Nordics, Spain, Germany).

  • Governance: Our board portal solution, iBabs, enables organizations to secure, organize, and conduct board meetings with greater efficiency, simplifying agenda preparation, facilitating collaboration through annotations, voting, and meeting summaries.
  • Communication: We excel in delivering webinar and webcast services for financial results and internal/external communications through Company Webcast, enhancing our clients' visibility, engagement, and global reach. We also provide customizable market data components for Investor Relations websites.
  • Compliance: Our InsiderLog products automate the management of inside information and insider lists for issuers and advisors, ensuring adherence to the European Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
  • Investor Relations: Our Advisory team provides high-touch advisory services, market intelligence, and analytics for listed companies seeking a more active role in capital markets. Our tool, IR.Manager, offers a comprehensive platform for IR management and targeting, streamlining workflows and engagement for corporate IR teams.

Euronext Corporate Services operates as a fully integrated division encompassing Sales, Marketing, Client Excellence, Product, and Technology.

This role is for a Software Developer within the Compliance Services product line, tasked with software development activities for ComplyLog and regulatory technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
  • Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to align with business requirements and meet delivery timelines.
  • Prioritize client issue resolution, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Conduct code reviews, contribute to feature designs, and ensure the overall quality of deliverables.
  • Identify technical debt and areas for enhancement, ensuring proper documentation and prioritization.
  • Establish a robust documentation system for effective knowledge sharing in software development.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in C# and .Net/.Net Core.
  • Strong understanding of AWS, Microservices architecture, and design patterns.
  • Proficient in containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with frontend technologies like Angular is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of API security best practices and data privacy.
  • Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Fluency in English.
