The estimated gross annual salary for this position ranges from $72,500 to $82,500 based on full-time employment.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Internal Auditor to join our Global Internal Audit team. As a trusted advisor, you will lead audits across our European retail brands, analyzing and assessing risk management within business units. Your observations will inform management decisions and drive meaningful change on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead audits for European retail brands, investigating operational processes and control frameworks
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing objective assessments and tailored recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive internal and external engagement around sustainability
- Travel up to 15% of the time within Europe
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A Master's degree, with complementary certifications (RA, CPA, CIA, RE, RO) being a plus
- At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in audit at a Big Four company
- Experience with complex multi-functional programs and projects, as well as operational audits
- Strong analytical skills, broad interests, and intrinsic curiosity
- Fluent communication in English, with ability to speak additional languages (Dutch, French, Greek, Serbian, Czech, or Romanian) being a plus
