We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our team at AutoForm.
- Develop and further enhance the tribological friction model TriboForm and its interface to the incremental solver.
- Ensure seamless integration and correct usage of the TriboForm model within the incremental solver.
- Provide technical support to application engineers and customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Validate developed software components to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, driving innovation and progress.
- Support internships in the field of forming technology, mentoring and guiding students.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree or doctorate in forming technologies, engineering, or a natural science.
- Sound knowledge of the finite element method and its applications.
- Excellent programming skills in MATLAB and C/C++.
- A strong technical interest and willingness to tackle complex issues.
- Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of English, with the ability to communicate effectively.
