MUD Jeans is a leading premium circular denim brand, known for its commitment to sustainability. Our mission is to be the voice of circular denim in an industry that significantly impacts the environment.

We operate globally, selling through our website and a growing retail network. As a global company, we primarily communicate in English.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced marketer who has successfully built brands in fashion or lifestyle and is ready to elevate MUD Jeans. You will lead by example and inspire your team to create high-impact marketing.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine our brand positioning as the world's leading premium circular denim brand.
  • Grow our brand presence and awareness in key markets (NL, BE, DE, FR & UK) with measurable results and performance indicators.
  • Build partnerships with brands and/or people in our focus markets to support growth and expand our brand awareness.
  • Lead the team in making smart, high-impact decisions, ensuring resources, time, and efforts are focused on moments that matter most.
  • Own the marketing calendar and set clear goals and priorities, ensuring the team has structure and direction.
  • Organize PR events, collection launches, and brand activations that align with our brand identity.
  • Create and align marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital advertising, and in-store promotions.
  • Leverage your network in fashion/lifestyle (photographers, stylists, media, influencers, etc.).
  • Manage the marketing budget to maximize commercial and sustainable impact.

Your Profile

  • Higher professional education (HBO) or academic level (WO) of thinking and working.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding, PR, and communication within the fashion or lifestyle industry. Experience in denim is a plus.
  • You effortlessly combine strategic insight with a creative and hands-on mindset.
  • You are driven by our mission and believe in our sustainable impact.
  • You have a proven track record in brand development, positioning, and storytelling for a leading brand.
  • Strong affinity with digital and social media.
  • You are entrepreneurial, independent, and results-driven, ready to make a big impact with a small team.
  • Excellent command of Dutch & English, both spoken and written.
  • Available full-time (or at least 4 days per week), with hybrid work flexibility.
