About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Editor to join our team at Lely. As a Technical Editor, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation that supports our customers and users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technical manuals, instructions, and other documentation for our Lely Vector and Lely Juno systems.
- Contribute to the development of our Lely Troubleshooting Advisor app, ensuring that documents meet customer needs and expectations.
- Analyze data and feedback from the field to identify gaps in our knowledge base and work with the team to close these gaps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that our documentation meets user needs and expectations.
- Develop new training courses and expand existing training courses to support technicians worldwide.
