Job Description

The Sales Advisor (SA) role at H&M Home is a key position that focuses on creating an inspiring shopping experience for customers every day. As a SA, you will work together with the store team to maximize sales, provide excellent customer service, and drive selling on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

  • Customer first: You will be passionate about our customers and prioritize giving excellent customer service.
  • Work together with the store team to maximize sales.
  • Act in line with H&M Group values and the H&M Home brand DNA.
  • Ensure great product care to sell products in their best condition.
  • Adhere to company accounting, payroll, and cash handling policies and procedures.
