We are seeking a highly skilled Business Developer IV to join our Finance & Risk Data Value Chain team at ABN Amro. As a Business Developer IV, you will play a key role in enabling our Finance & Risk stakeholders to execute and adopt ABN Amro's Data Management Framework, while working in a compliant way (implementing BCBS239 regulation).
Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to having complete and fit-for-purpose data within the Bank, to improve Data Quality for Finance & Risk Reports and Models, be able to trace the Data Lineage of our most Critical Data Elements, and to ensure that is in line with internal and regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting the Finance & Risk stakeholders in the execution and implementation of the Data Management Framework
- Developing Guidelines & templates to be used by our F&R stakeholders
- Monitoring the progress of the execution and report on that to the Finance & Risk MTs via MI Dashboards
- Proposal for improvements on the Way of Working and processes, and implementation of the same
- Providing knowledge sharing sessions to F&R stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A higher professional education (Bsc.) or degree (Msc.) and at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of Data Management best practices (e.g. DAMA)
- Experience in data management and/or Finance and Risk management Reporting (prior experience with BCBS 239 is a strong plus)
- Experience with regulations and regulatory requirements
- Affinity with banking, Finance & Risk Management, Reporting & Modelling
- A strong sense for analysis
- Familiarity with the Agile way of working
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Dutch is an advantage)
