Role Overview

What are the key responsibilities?
As a Duty Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the hotel. You will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing their requests, concerns, and feedback. Your role will involve leading and inspiring the team, collaborating with various departments to consistently exceed guest expectations. Additionally, you will be part of the emergency response team and responsible for documenting any incidents involving guests and staff.

You will assist colleagues across all departments during peak times and create delightful surprises for our guests.

Candidate Profile

Who are you?

  • You possess a degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management;
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role;
  • You are proficient in Dutch and English, with the ability to speak an additional foreign language being a plus;
  • You are innovative and can remain calm under pressure;
  • You are an effective communicator in both Dutch and English;
  • You are willing to work shifts from 07:00 to 15:00 and from 15:00 to 23:00, understanding that flexibility is sometimes required in the hospitality industry;
  • You are available to work at least 3 days a week, including weekends.
