About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lecturer in Revenue Management to join our team at NHL Stenden Hotel Management School. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to our students, focusing on Revenue Management and Rooms Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver innovative teaching methods and course materials, incorporating current trends and advancements in the field.
  • Coach and mentor students from selection to graduation, providing personalized support and guidance.
  • Facilitate sessions in Design Based Education, promoting creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Conduct workshops and expert sessions on Revenue Management and Rooms Division topics, sharing your expertise with students and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and initiatives, driving innovation and excellence in education.
  • Supervise graduation products, ensuring high-quality outcomes and student success.

  • Innovative Teaching Methods, Course Design & Development: Experience with innovative teaching methods & technologies, proficiency in designing & developing course materials and assessments.

Depending on your knowledge and experience, the salary is a maximum of €6,114.87 (scale 11 Collective Labour Agreement for higher professional education) gross per month for a full-time position, excluding 8% holiday allowance and 8.3% end-of-year bonus.

The initial term of your employment contract will be one year, with an expectation of renewal. Your normal place of work is in Leeuwarden, but you must be willing to travel if the job requires it.
