About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Strategist to join our Agile Proposition Team at Software Improvement Group. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy by leveraging your expertise in innovation metrics and validation methodologies.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of end-to-end propositions that meet the needs of our customers. This includes gathering and analyzing data to validate value early-stage propositions, setting up and managing key validation metrics, and reporting key learnings.

You will also be expected to organize fact-based feedback, both qualitative and quantitative, to set the right priorities for improvement. Additionally, you will evaluate and select digital channels and platforms for our key personas, produce and validate content on MVPs and full end-to-end propositions, and translate proposition insights and learning into G2Market deliverables for sales and marketing.

Your analytical and conceptual skills will be essential in measuring and analyzing data to inform decision-making. You will also be required to guide other team members in working according to Agile and lean start-up principles.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a proven track record working with innovation metrics and validation methodologies in early staged propositions, online and offline;
  • experience in combining quantitative and qualitative insights to determine market needs and opportunities;
  • a strong understanding of customer development, including professional interview and research techniques;
  • experience in setting up hypothesis tests to test digital content and increase awareness and conversion;
  • knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative research methods, including user interviews, surveys, prototyping user flows, experiment design, conversion optimization, rapid MVP building, and usability testing;
  • experience in acquisition channels/tools, including LinkedIn, Salesforce, Slack, GoogleAds, SEO, SEA, referrals; from setting up to analyzing data;
  • a general understanding of growth metrics and tools;
  • experience in innovation methodologies and principles like a lean startup, including applying and integrating lean startup principles within teams;
  • strong analytical and conceptual skills, proven ability to measure and analyze data;
  • fluency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory;
  • experience in working with Scrum in an agile team.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
