You are a highly motivated leader with the drive to take our Production Engineering department to the next level. As Leader of the Production Engineering Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from customer requests to product realization. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to accurately create quotations and implement cost control measures.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with the project team to convert customer wishes into realizable products
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy in quotation creation and cost control
• Leading the Production Engineering team to achieve excellence in product development and production
• Collaborating with colleagues on the shop floor to ensure smooth production processes
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures

What we are looking for:

• A completed MBO Mechanical Engineering course
• Sufficient knowledge and experience with Autocad
• Affinity with Inventor or Solid Works
• Sufficient knowledge and experience with Excel
• Socially skilled, accurate, eager to learn and a natural leader
