We are seeking an experienced People Manager to join our dynamic Supply Chain team at the Leiden Bio Science Park. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team and make a meaningful impact in the field of cellular therapies.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, material movement, and supply chain processes to support the manufacture of cellular therapeutic products. This involves developing and implementing efficient workflows, coaching and mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage resource allocation and shift schedules to meet workflow demands.
  • Cultivate a culture of safety, transparency, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Promote and engage team members in safety training programs and foster a strong commitment to environmental, health, and safety performance.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders inside and outside the Supply Chain department to drive successful outcomes.
  • Maintain and communicate performance metrics for the Warehouse team, setting high expectations for team performance and compliance with company values.
  • Identify strategic and operational issues, develop solutions, and provide recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience in Science, Facilities, and Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of advanced People manager experience in a cGMP Supply Chain environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and analytics tools.
  • Experience with lean six sigma projects and change execution management.

Benefits

Bristol Myers Squibb offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
