KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Foster the Lean culture within our organization through training and introspection on existing processes, promoting Lean principles via coaching, motivation, and support in enhancing the Lean environment. Provide strategic advice to the management team regarding essential improvements for business success. Encourage colleagues to embrace a mindset of continuous improvement. Drive enhancements across various processes, implement changes, and design new workflows within the operational framework. Collaborate with Quality and Security Coordinators to uphold and elevate standards of quality and efficiency, both internally and with our partners. Cultivate expertise in Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and change management throughout the organization. Participate in project teams focused on diverse initiatives for various clients. Support teams and staff by reflecting on their current processes to stimulate their thinking about Lean practices.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

A completed bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a master’s degree. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Familiarity or interest in logistics is advantageous. You challenge the status quo respectfully and serve as a role model for Lean thinking.
