Product Strategist

Drive meaningful change in a key market

At Abacus Medicine, we're seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our product strategy and market access team, you'll play a crucial role in driving the commercialization of rare disease medicines in Europe.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting and coordinating key pre-signature analyses and insights to inform program design
• Identifying optimal commercialization pathways, resource allocation, and defining functional objectives
• Developing, implementing, and owning program strategies, including product positioning and prioritizing functional deliverables
• Leading cross-functional stakeholder teams through the launch process and maintaining clear communication regarding key milestones
• Commissioning promotional materials and ensuring alignment with core messages and compliance
• Monitoring the competitive landscape and adjusting pricing strategies as needed

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A relevant degree in Life Sciences, Economics, or Business Administration
• 5+ years of experience in drug launches working with strategy, marketing, or other (bonus points if you've worked in rare diseases or haematology/oncology)
• Excellent written and spoken English, with additional European languages being an advantage
• Professional user skills in Excel and Power BI
